Job description:
Operating the POS/Register (Cash handling, promoting products, interacting with the customers, Keyholders will be responsible for counting tills upon opening or closing the store, etc.)
Door Greeting (Participates and attends all store meetings, Inviting the customers to shop, explaining promotions, handing out baskets)
• Must possess a fun and outgoing personality.
• Be comfortable working on your own while receiving occasional coaching, supervision, and encouragement.
Merchandising Sales Floor (Keeping sales floor stocked, organizing, put backs, etc.)
Assisting Customers on Sales Floor (Offering help/shopping baskets, finding products, providing suggestions, etc.)
Promoting Products/Product Knowledge (Staying updated about new products, best sellers, product quantity limits, etc.)
Keyholder (Delegate tasks/projects to Sales Associates for each shift)
• Act as a leader, filling in for the Store Manager or Assistant Manager when required.
• Be knowledgeable and strictly follow Loss Prevention and Cash Handling policies.
• Merchandise Jewelry and Cosmetic Displays
• Take the initiative to identify a customer's needs or resolve any customer complaints.
Requirements:
• Must be at least 17 years of age.
• Must have a FLEXIBLE schedule including being able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• Reliable transportation
• Must possess a fun and outgoing personality.
• Be comfortable working independently while receiving occasional coaching, supervision, and encouragement.

• Stand for long periods of time.
• Repetitive movement of the body and walking are required on a regular basis.
