Doc Popcorn, a dynamic and growing business that creates and sells fresh-popped naturally flavored popcorn and snacks, is looking to hire Shift Leads for our Northwoods Mall and North Charleston Coliseum & Performing Arts Center locations in North Charleston, SC.  Doc Popcorn is an environment where your opinion counts and you make a difference.  This is a hands-on position requiring successful candidates to perform all tasks of the store team members (including popping corn, customer service, sales including active upselling, sampling to customers, cleaning, inventory control and lifting up to 50 lbs.) as well as the shift lead duties.  Shift lead duties include directing other employees through their daily tasks, routines and interactions with customers to make sure the customer has an exceptional experience, the quality of the product is excellent, the store is clean and the feel of the store is positive. 

Successful candidates should have previous shift lead or supervisory experience in a fast food or similar environment.  Successful candidates must be engaging and have a positive attitude and the proven ability to foster a positive working environment.  You must have the ability to work weekends and willingness to work at both of the North Charleston locations, as the schedule dictates.
